I understand that successful business people and companies thrive or fail because of relationships. Home buyers and sellers are not just transactions as some realtors might see them. They are people. They are people who put their trust in me to take care of them and their interests during this big transition in their life. I value that trust and take pride in my reputation as a reputable realtor. Once the transaction is done, I'll still be around... serving your needs in every way I can think of to do so. I don't have "former" clients, they are all current clients.
KNOWLEDGE OF THE MARKET
Having been born and raised in Puyallup for all of my 37 years, I have seen all the changes that have taken place in our community. I have seen all the housing developments being built and know what the building trends are. I know almost every neighborhood intimately. Having been a teacher in Puyallup schools for twelve years, I also have extensive insight into our schools and community.
REFERRALS
The best advertising is word of mouth. I take pride that the success of my business is based entirely on referrals from my satisfied clients and people who know that they will get the best service possible by putting their trust in me. Most real estate agents spend the majority of their time and resources prospecting for new business (cold calling, door knocking, open houses, expired listings, etc.). I don't do any of that stuff. I devote myself to serving the needs of my clients before, during and after each transaction. What this means to you is that I am able to focus all my time and energy on you and your needs. Because I do a great job for my clients, they keep referring me and I have the time and resources to do even a better job working for you.
